Cancellation Policy Information

Non-Member Cancellation Policy - You may cancel a Tee Time up to 24 hours prior to the appointment using the app and be granted credit towards another session at Birdie Barn Indoor Golf Club.

Member Cancellation - A Member may cancel a booked tee time 24+ hours prior to the appointment using the app but must call to cancel any appointment scheduled less than 24 hours out. Members will also be granted credit towards another session if the original session is cancelled more than 6 hours prior to start time.

No cancellations less than 6 hours prior to the session start time. There are no refunds for no show appointments.
