Birdie Barn Indoor Golf – Terms of Service

By booking a session, entering the facility, or using any Birdie Barn Indoor Golf Club(“Birdie

Barn”) services or equipment, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Facility Use

Birdie Barn is a 24/7 indoor golf simulator facility. Use is at your own risk. Birdie Barn

reserves the right to refuse service or revoke access for violations. Call Andrew at 601-938-0410 to book a timeslot afterhours. We will need minimum 24 hours notice to reserve an after hours timeslot.

2. Age & Responsibility

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless approved. The

booking member is responsible for all guests.

3. Equipment Requirements

Clean golf clubs only. New or simulator-approved golf balls only. Unsafe equipment is

prohibited.

4. Cleanliness & Care

Clean up after yourself. Dispose of trash properly. Damage caused by misuse may result in

charges.

5. Prohibited Activities

No smoking, vaping, tobacco, illegal drugs, unauthorized alcohol, aggressive behavior, or

tampering with equipment.

6. Safety Rules

One person may swing at a time. Ensure hitting area is clear. Use equipment properly.

7. 24/7 Access & Security

Video surveillance may be used. Access credentials are non-transferable. Sharing access

may result in termination of membership.

8. Bookings & No-Shows

Bookings must be made through approved systems. Repeated no-shows may result in

suspension.

9. Membership Terms

Memberships are non-transferable. Benefits may change with notice.

10. Damage & Liability

Users are responsible for damage they cause. Birdie Barn is not responsible for lost or

stolen items.

11. Waiver & Release

Users release Birdie Barn from liability except where prohibited by law.

12. Conduct & Enforcement

Violations may result in removal, suspension, or permanent ban.

13. Changes

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Agreement

Use of the facility confirms acceptance of these Terms of Service.
